WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Motek Anti Oudour Filters are warrantied against all mechanical production defaults. This warranty does not cover the damages occured during transport,stockage,usage and the life time expiry of the filters or filter elements due to natural life and usage.

Important Notice!

• Even silica gel part of the filter is satured, activated carbon part will continue to function until all carbon content is filled with particles. After change of the filter/filter cartridge if bad odour continues to exist, it may resualt from  a leakage in your toilet and tank system. In that case please check all the connections of your black water installation. (Tank, tank ring, o-rings, hose fittings, hoses…)
